I’ve suffered with anxiety issues since I was a teenager, but for the last 18 months it has gotten bad and have been feeling way out of my comfort zone and not know what to do about it. I’ve tried medications, supplements, diet changes, exercise, lifestyle changes and extra help at home and at work. Some things helped, but the panic attacks always stayed with me. To the point where I sometimes couldn’t get out of bed, didn’t like going out, avoided social gatherings, even just small family ones.
I had never heard of hypnosis to help with anxiety, but I really had nothing to lose and so I gave it a try. After the first session talking and listening to Peter it really helped! And only got better after the following 3 sessions. I just needed someone to help me change my thoughts, which I had been going the wrong way about it!
I still have my ‘moments’ but feel ok about it as I just need to remind myself of the words and tools Peter has taught me until these moments pass.
